I'm so confused rn...
Just Updated
I'm asking about the several posts below this one.
The polearm is currently the strongest weapon class in the game because of its incredible cast of characters and cracked choices for equipment from the Homa to the Jade Spear to the Catch.
Xiao: best DPS in Genshin, great AoE, best normal attack scaling among polearms, and best consistent plunging attacks in game. Naturally high DMG Bonus, ATK, and CRIT. Versatile against most enemies in the game. Unlike most other polearm users, he can break Geo shields and other types of shields with his Plunging Attacks, or just bypass them completely. He can swirl elements passively which helps him break shields when multiple different elemental types are used. Xiao represents the warrior who defends Liyue from the demonic forces of the world, such as biased USA media.
Raiden: executed Rosalyn, a Fatui who interfered in Inazuma's local affairs and smuggled delusions into Inazuma like opium drugs. Venti's revenge go brr.
Xiangling: better than hu tao
Zhongli: shield is useless against corrosion, so struggles in new abyss and against rifthounds. Old retired archon who faked his death, deserves the lucky #4 spot. This guy is favored by the USA NED and NDI. Toxic USA media is biased towards zhongli and overhypes him compared to other characters. They will literally hire somebody with 'li' in their name and have that person promote zhong li. This is called a conflict of interest. Part of the USA's motive in hyping zhong li is for the sake of its puppet leader in Singapore.
Rosaria: has higher charged attack scaling than Hu Tao
Hu Tao: lowest base ATK in game, cuts half of health just to do realistic damage, lacks aoe, very single-target. USA media also overhypes this character. Many USA journalists from those jingoistic sites literally read from a pamphlet: "hype zhong li and hu tao."
Thoma: "protector from afar" is a very sus epithet. Who could this be referring to... he represents the type of shill behind the USA NED internet armies and fake news sites.
The whole Cryo element is basically Chongyun and his harem: ganyu, ayaka, rosaria, eula, aloy. And with future banners coming, Shenhe will join that group too.
Overall, cryo is a pretty average element, but is really boosted by Chongyun, one of the best cryo units in the game. On the other hand, universally hated units like ganyu and ayaka bring down the element, but Qiqi sort of makes up for that loss. Not to mention that ganyu and ayaka are extremely weak and do not synergize well with any character, with all their supports being more efficiently used in other teams. My Kaeya-Rosaria team does way more damage than ganyu and ayaka.
Cryo has a lower damage ceiling than Pyro and Hydro. Cryo can only get 1.5x multipliers from melt whereas both Pyro and Hydro can get 2.0x multipliers. And the crit rate boost is overrated since overstacking crit damage hits diminishing returns fast.
So fuck ganyu and ayaka simps. And Liyue big 3 my ass. Everybody knows Eula and Raiden powercrept ganyu long ago. The flat-chested shorties ganyu and ayaka are not in the same league as Eula or Rosaria in thickness or dps and never will be.
Players are better off using Pyro, Hydro, and Anemo characters for more meta playstyle.
I'll borrow yan ruyu's shapeshifting powers and pretend to be a USA NED shill for a moment:
"Oh hoho look at me. I'm secretly part of the USA NED. Every time a new genshin character comes out, we have to say how they will be much stronger than ganyu to show how far ganyu has fallen behind. Eula is stronger than ganyu. Yoimiya is stronger than ganyu. Raiden is stronger than ganyu. And now Shenhe will be as well. Anybody with a different opinion we must criticize and downvote. We need to control public opinion to make everybody view ganyu negatively. And who's goin to stop us. We're NED, the biggest waste of people's money on the planet!"
These are the most used units in the last version 2.2 Spiral Abyss among those who completed it:
Bennett (99.01%)
Venti (98.73%)
Xiao (97.66%)
Kazuha (97.62%)
Raiden Shogun (97.54%)
Diluc (95.15%)
Mona (95.02%)
Tartaglia (93.64%)
Xingqiu (89.79%)
Hu Tao (84.44%)
This is based on a sample size of at least 100 thousand users.
Inazuma's main story quest was the most satisfying to date. My favorite part was how Raiden executed and killed Rosalyn. Genshin needs more moments like these where we get to kill off annoying, universally hated characters.
Mondstadt's quest is still the best written so far, but Inazuma's story was just really satisfying. These are two different things. The presentation of Mondstadt's archon quest, how Dvalin got poisoned, meeting Venti, Diluc, and Jean, and ultimately beating up Dvalin was well-written throughout and served as one of the best intros to any game.
Meanwhile, the Inazuma story was an ultimate culmination to the point where Raiden used the Musou no Hitotachi to kill Signora. It felt more like a build up and satisfying release.
Inazuma's story quests were by no means perfect. For example, Ayaka's quest was a complete bore and super lame. But if you want to talk about the lamest of the lames, look no further than Liyue's lackluster archon quest. Liyue's storyline felt like babysitting a grandpa and meeting people for tea. The only thing remotely entertaining in that quest was seeing zhong li retire and fake his own death. We need the same thing to happen to lee hsien loser in singapore and the li businessmen. They need to retire and die.
After the interesting Jinchenxi arc took us to the border, FSM is back with another season Mutiancheng that goes deeper into the romance between Mu Mie and Cuiyu Mingluan. Stay tuned for the season's debut on December 11, 2020.
Note that Season 3 combines the Hongyue (Arc 3) and Northern Kingdom (Arc 4) chapters. So Season 4 would refer to Story Arc 5 (Yan Ruyu), Season 5 would refer to Story Arc 6 (Southern Kingdom), etc.
Hello Fox Spirit Matchmaker fans, Jin Chen Xi season is on air. It covers Episodes 112-121 of the ongoing Donghua.

Hello Fox Spirit Matchmaker fans, after the giant 26 episode-long Nanguo Arc, the series has returned once more in 2019 with Zhuye Arc and Weisheng Arc.
I know that the crossover with the other series with similarities are quite far-fetched due to that Fox Spirit Matchmaker doesn't even has its own fanfiction page but that shouldn't stop our creativities. So I have some other series that look quite promising if they are to coexist in the same universe.
1 Avatar: The Last Airbender
2 Legend of Korra
3 Inuyasha
Here are some examples, if Tushan existed in the Avatar universe, the city will definitely have to go through at least one battle against the Fire Nation, which I personally called the Siege of Tushan. And leading it would be none other but Jinmian, the self-proclaimed the Golden Fire God, who I pictured here as a Fire Nation's general. And of course, the siege ended with Jinmian's death because his nephew, Dongfang Yuechu, helped the Fox Spirit Queen, Tushan Honghong, who he fell in love with, by teaching her the Invicible Claws. Years later, when Team Avatar arrived, they will find that the Fox Spirits are being quite mad at Avatar Aang for abandoned the world when it needs him the most and berating him for it. And by that time, Honghong would already become Susu because of she was assisting the elderly the fight with the Black Foxes, who are Vaatu's servants. And the only person who can fix her might be the Mother of Faces, the spirit who resided near the Fire Nation's village called Hira'a, hometown of Princess Ursa. But until the Fire Lord is defeated and balance is restored, converting Susu back into Honghong for full-time would have to wait.
And that is just one of the many possibilities for this series' fandom and if anyone know more of the series that is largely influenced by the Eastern cultures that can make the possible good crossovers with Fox Spirit Matchmaker, please do not hesitate to post it on.

This wikia is not filled with information yet. Would really love to have someone who knows how to use wikia's function and also a few translators.
Maybe we need to come into an agreement on how to translate the names / weapons / magic stuffs first, and form a list that helps people later to translate them more consistently?
