Aolai (傲来国) is located east across the Dragon Strait (龙湾) from Tushan. It is an ally of Tushan against the Shadow Foxes.

- Liuer Mihou is a monkey spirit from Aolai. She is Third Master's big sister and most likely the Second Master of Aolai.
- Third Master of Aolai the golden spirit has the power to erase memory.
- Bai Qiuen. Third Master refers to him as 'predecessor' (前辈 qianbei, zenpai).
- Bai Yuechu learns his Heaven Earth Devour from Aolai.

Aolai is a reference to the location of the same name in Journey to the West. FSM is abound with references to this epic classic.
