Chisha Modao (赤砂魔盗 Red Sand Demon Bandits) is a gang of criminal yaoguai bandits.

The Chisha Modao gang is made up of the following:
- Xuezang, the Mouse Guy from the Snow Region famous for breaking the Yue Juan sword (岳奆剑) with one bite.
- Yemei, the Cat Spirit, who possess extraordinary speed.
- Jumu, the Qumo King, a Wumei Stone Tiger famous for single-handedly defeating 100 Yiqidao members.
- Chi Lei, their leader, a descendent of the Clan of Red Whisker Fire Dragons (赤须火龙).
History[]
Xuezang says that the Chisha gang is the most famous group of thugs in the west.
Their leader Chilei once referred to Yan Ruyu as a 'brother' or comrade yaoguai and tried to convince him to join their side and live a life of delinquency.
The Chisha gang was responsible for terrorizing both Spirits and humans alike 300 years ago before they were captured and imprisoned by Miss Wen and Yan Ruyu.
Later they got out of prison and kidnapped Miss Wen's reincarnation, whom Yan later saved once more.
