Before she falls into the Pure Yang Flame, Fan Yunfei manages to grab Li Xue Yang and remembers how he saved her in her previous life, rescuing her from the Flame Medusa. Fan Yunfei then used his ultimate move Grand Coalescence to summon water and sand from the nearby area to put out the Pure Yang Flames. The two then made up, now that Li's memories were fully restored. Fan apologized for his failures and she embraced him kissing him, causing Susu to faint. The two halves of the Water Pearl were then reunited and the Disaster Beast fled from Bai Yuechu. It is revealed that Rongrong had poured special Deep Yin Water (九转玄阴水) into the ocean which had allowed the Prince's Grand Coalescence to actually put out the Pure Yang Flame since such a powerful move is not easily extinguished. At the end, the Beast of Misfortune is seen fleeing from the city and getting frozen by Yaya.
