Du Gongzi summons more poison spirits and weapons to attack but Huandu Qingtian appears and stops Gongzi, putting him in prison. However Qingtian deliberately lets Gongzi escape at night so that he can lead him to Luolan, who has gone missing after kidnapping Bai. But Gongzi purposely misleads Qingtian to Warlock Mountain (巫皇山) notorious for its intense poison. Qingtian gets trapped there, but Gongzi seemingly dies. But he sends a death letter to Luolan via a poisonous butterfly (七星冥凤蝶) that kills anything it touches. Susu catches the butterfly, and the letter confesses Gongzi's love for Luolan. It is revealed that Susu is unaffected by the butterfly's poison and Luolan's poison needles because of Susu's Invincible Claws. She, Wang, and an army of goat spirits use the butterfly to track down Luolan. But Luolan's guards Venom Widow (毒娘子) and Venom Boy (毒童子) locate them. Venom Widow uses Peach Blossom Mist (召唤桃花雾) to subdue them, making each have the feeling of losing love. However, Susu waves her arms to create a path through the mist, and the playboy Wang Fugui is seemingly unharmed by the mist since he went out with so many girls in his past.
