The Fox Sand Emperor is the emperor of Sand Fox City (沙狐城).
The Emperor was previously Fan Yunfei's dad. He is an old Sand Spirit that desperately tries to marry his son to the Ice General so that he can rest in peace.
But then Fan Yunfei himself ascended the throne after marrying the Ice General.
