Yang Yitan (杨一叹) is second in command of the Masked Daoists after Wangquan Baye. He is from the well-known Divine-Eye Yang Family (天眼杨家) and was born with a third eye called the Divine Eye (天生神目). It allows him to perceive the movement of other people's Qi, allowing him to act before the enemy. He learned the special skills of many clans by mere observation.
