The Jade Wind Monarch (玉面风君), also known as the Sand Blaster of the West Gate (西门吹沙 Ximen Chuisha), is a Daoist bandit who appears in Season 3‘s Episode 28 and Season 6 of the donghua.

Yumian Fengjun tried to lure a young Dongfang Yuechu out of Tushan's territory using money. However, after Yuechu requested too much (1000 taels), the Jade Wind Monarch was enraged and exclaimed that even those in the Yiqidao League respected him.
As the Wind Monarch, he could summon tornadoes and hurricanes using his special weapon, the Fan of Snow, Fog, and Wind (雪雾御风扇 Xue Wu Yufeng Shan). However, Tushan Honghong easily ripped apart his hurricanes with her bare hands and defeated him, and he was then forced by Tushan Rongrong to pay 2000 taels as a passing fee, having to turn in his fan to pay for it.
As Tushan did not have enough change to give to him for the excess payment, he spent the rest of the money at Tushan and then spent a year waiting outside Tushan for Dongfang Yuechu to leave the premises and thus provide an opportunity to capture the youth. However, in the end, he ended up entangled in the incident with the Gold Fire God and was completely roasted by the other when caught in crossfire.
